Who knew a health lunch or dinner can be all in a tin ?!

You are going to fall in love with this super easy kichari. Forget the trip to the grocery store looking for exotic ingredients. Here we have it all in a tin ready to go!

Rice, red & yellow lentils, dried curry leaves plus Brenda's Vibrant Kitchens spice mix which includes mustard seeds, cumin, celery seeds, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and black pepper. All you need is 30 minutes from starting cold water and mixing the tin in, simmer and your meal is ready!

We added no salt, you can but may choose not to as the flavors are bold and beautiful without it.

One tin is two servings.

Great for a healthy reset, going on a trip or just for a fast meal getting home.
