No shopping or chopping or waiting required. This 30 min Tomato Rice soup will make you feel nourished and full. Brenda's Vibrant Kitchen mastered the mix on tomatoes, rice, green chile, garlic, onions, salt and black pepper as to make you feel like you are southwest chef! It is great as it is but you can add oil if you want. All you really need is water!

One tin is two servings.

Great for a healthy reset, going on a trip or just for a fast meal getting home.
