Class - Botanicals for a Better Mind and Aging Body ONLINE

Botanicals for a Better Mind and the Aging Body addresses issued from the mind to digestion, bones to skin. There are herbal and food answers to many of the problems that arise. You will learn about specific herbs, how to integrate them without causing interaction, you will also learn about foods that on a daily basis can assist as a building block of health.

This class will be held on and recorded on ZOOM and we will also be using our LearnDesk Platform. Once registered and closer to the date you will be receiving notifications from our LearnDesk platform and you will have one year access to the recordings.

This is a 6 weeks course ONLINE from 4-5pm MT from the Apothecary of Sonia Masocco Phytotherapy
