Class - Tea Blending & Tasting Masterclass MARCH CLASS

This 3 part series of classes if for the tea lover, herbal student and/or garden gnome!

This class will be taking place in the Apothecary and is limited to 12 students. In this class be prepared to expand your mind, develop your senses and exalt your expertise.

In the first class we will be covering medicinal herbs most commonly used in functional teas, we will learn to blend them, tricks of the trade and how to create your personal blend. We will then learn how to taste, times to steep and how to describe, name and profile your blend that you will take home in a 8 oz tin that you name and label.

In every class we will go over the tasting, profiles and notes used for descriptions and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and have your curiosity satisfied.

Worksheets, handouts, tins, tea bags and personal tea blend ingredients are included in the pricing. This class takes place Friday Mar 28th from 2-5 PM
